Michael Keaton (born Michael Keaton) is an American actor, who has also worked as a director, producer and producer. The actor is most well-known for the film 'Birdman. Keaton is an actor with a variety of talents who can play both comedic as well as dramatic roles. An actor who is versatile who is adept in a variety of dramatic and comedic parts. When he was in his teens the actor developed an appreciation in performing and acting. Then, he tried comedy stand-up in his teens. The comedy venture did not go well, but it paved the way for his acting career. Not able to achieve success as a comic, he took on a position as a television cameraman in a cable station. While working at the station, it was that he realized that it was his dream to be on camera. Then he landed a TV performance, and was in several seasons on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was a naturally gifted actor, and quickly became a household name on television. When he began his film career, he had high aspirations and gained acclaim for his comical role. The accolades grew as he played Batman's own superhero from Tim Burton's Batman. Over time the actor's acting abilities improved and he began to explore production and directing. In 2014, his performance as Birdman garnered him many nominations and awards.
