Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks is an American actress who is best known for her role as Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of the period drama Mad Men (2007-2015). This series won her six Emmy nominations for the best supporting actor as well as critical acclaim. Her work has been recognized throughout her career of two decades for her role in lawyer drama Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. She is famous for her performances on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey In Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Additionally, she's lent her voice to animation movies like From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 and Scoob!. It began her career as a model and continued to model for many years, before making her television debut in 1999 collection Undressed. Her first significant role was in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers following which she also was praised due to her work in the well-known show Firefly. Esquire magazine chose her to be one of the sexiest women on earth and the Best-Looking American Woman of 2010.
